SERVICE AGREEMENTS
Tamesis Consultancy will prepare a Service Agreement relating to the work being undertaken. The agreement must be authorised and signed by the client, or by an appropriate individual within the client's organisation, prior to our commencement on any client work.
CONSULTANCY, DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, TRAINING SERVICES, TRAINING MATERIALS
Organisations: 50% of the anticipated fee will be invoiced on our engagement and the balance on completion of the work. Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date.
Individuals: Fee payment dates to be agreed between Tamesis Consultancy and the client.
TRAINING COURSES AND WORKSHOPS
Organisations: 100% invoiced on completion. Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date.
Individuals: 100% payable in advance of the course or workshop, unless otherwise agreed between Tamesis Consultancy and the client.
CANCELLATION FEES
Tamesis Consultancy reserves the right to charge for client cancellation of scheduled work on the following basis

from 30 to 44 days prior to commencement date: |

from 45 days prior to the commencement date: |

Plus all related expenses incurred at the time of cancellation. |
Re-scheduling and delegate substitution: There is no charge to the client for delegate substitution, or for re-scheduling work within a reasonable timescale (other than related expenses incurred).
Tamesis Consultancy will make every effort to minimise cancellation fees to the client.
RESPONSIBILITY
Tamesis Consultancy will work with clients in a professional way based on the knowledge made available to us. Our clients, however, remain responsible-for their businesses. Accordingly, Tamesis Consultancy will not take responsibility for the decisions of its clients and will not be liable for the consequences of any decisions taken on its advice.
MATERIALS
All materials are the copyright of Tamesis Consultancy and may not be copied, lent, stored electronically, or sold without the prior written permission of Christine Dunford, Tamesis Consultancy.
LIABILITY
Tamesis Consultancy shall not incur any liability in respect of any assignment save for any direct loss suffered by the client as a result of the negligence of Tamesis Consultancy. In no circumstances shall Tamesis Consultancy be liable in respect of any loss, profit and goodwill, or for any special, indirect, or consequential loss suffered by the client. The liability of Tamesis Consultancy under any assignment shall in no circumstances exceed the amount of fees actually received under the agreed assignment.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
Tamesis Consultancy respects the privacy and confidentiality of its clients. No confidential client information will be divulged to a third party without the express written permission of the client.
Any variation to these terms and conditions will be posted on Tamesis Consultancy's website. Existing clients will be notified at the time of consultation and/or booking.
