About Tamesis
|
I'm Christine Dunford, founder of Tamesis Consultancy and a CIPD-qualified trainer, as well as the proud creator of a winning entry in the National Training Awards! My experience is wide and varies from the music industry to the scientific world and care sector. I set up Tamesis up as a direct response to requests from companies for my courses and business solutions.
I believe in aspirations and dreams - and the ability of people to change for the better.
I work with Jerry Gilpin, an OPP-qualified Myers-Briggs consultant who holds an Advanced Diploma in Professional Coach-Mentoring (EMCC Practitioner Level). Jerry has worked as a teacher and as chaplain at an Oxford University college. In each of these roles, he has been excited to see individuals develop confidence, a sense of worth and the ability to use their distinctive gifts and personalities in the workplace, the home and in their leisure and voluntary commitments. Jerry now runs his own consultancy, Perception, and works with individuals and teams in businesses, education and the voluntary sector.
